giving myself hope anyways! It is so dreary here through the end of winter. We finally had a nice sunny afternoon today , and when we rushed out to enjoy the sun we were greeted by all of the neighbours doing the same.
I have been making a lot of curries for the boys lately. Happily I recieved an addition to my kitchen... my new rock... a 15 pound thai granite mortar and pestle. I have found an excuse to use it daily for the past 3 weeks or so!
I dont know what I would do without spices! Like gold baby, like gold! After mastering my use of spices in cooked food, it has been a completely different challange while eating more raw foods.

Nice to see you back on the blog...the weather has been wonderful hasn't it? I feel so lucky when the other end of our country is seeing no end to snow/winter....take care you!
